I would like to say a massive thank you to Mark. It's not often you find a company that is honest and they will do their upmost for their customers. I had a problem with my TV that I presumed was my distribution point. I telephoned Mark and he was coming out the very next day, which is fantastic just to get a next day appointment. That evening I received a text from him with a link to Freeview and a reason why I wasn't receiving any signal, which was due to high pressure. Yesterday Mark saved me money because of his actions, but, I now have his number in my phone  and I know I will use him in the future. I will also recommend him to friends and family.
